We all live right here in the area and we treat our fellow Virginians as we want to be treated – with courtesy, respect, and a firm dedication to making you come back to us again and again for your cleaning needs. Most of our customers have a regular ongoing cleaning schedule; we offer weekly, biweekly or every four weeks. Most of our customers are not at home during the cleanings. If you chose to give us a key to your home, your key is identified only with a number and is locked in a key cabinet every night.
Can Maid Brigade work around my schedule?
Absolutely, we pride ourselves on the fact that our maids arrive at your home when we say they will. We understand your schedule changes and we are happy to skip, move or add other days as your needs arise. We do have a lockout fee if we arrive at your home and we cannot clean as scheduled, we ask for a forty-eight hour notice for changes in your schedule. We do have an answering machine for after hours.
Will my home really be clean?
Yes, and it may be cleaner than it’s ever been. Time and again, our company receives surprised comments about how our maids even tidy up areas that the homeowners themselves forget.
